Introduction

We aim to cater for the needs of all visitors in our home-based three-bedroom bed and breakfast. The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions please feel free to call us and we will endeavour to help.

Pre-Arrival

•Local transport is limited. The nearest train station is in King's Sutton (4 or 5 miles away) and Banbury or Bicester, (9 miles away). Buses run frequently during the day from Banbury to Brackley, some 2 miles distant. By special arrangement, we may be able to meet guests in Brackley or we can provide local taxi numbers. •We have a web site with photographs of each guest room. •Menus can be provided in large print by prior arrangement. •You can contact us via phone or e-mail (details below)

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

•There is car parking on the driveway to the property. No marked parking bays but ample spaces for all cars. Garaging facilities available by prior arrangement. •The surface is level, flat and gravelled. No kerbs. The drive is lit by a sensory light at night. Assistance with luggage is always offered to guests. Ring door bell for attention.

Main Entrance & Reception

•The front door has a threshold 15cm high and is 84 cm wide. The 3.25m x 4.90m hallway leads to the guest lounge and dining room on ground floor level and staircase to 1st floor bedrooms. Guests escorted to rooms and facilities explained.

Public Areas - General (Internal)

•The stairway has six steps, 20cm high x 84cm wide, with handrail to both sides and a rest, then one step up to flat area with a further six steps of same measurements and single handrail leading to spacious landing area.

Public Areas - WC

•The two double bedrooms and twin room are en suite with tiled or lino surfaces. The single room has a private bathroom across the landing. No downstairs toilet.

•Breakfast is served in the dining room on ground floor level. •Floor is carpeted.
•Furniture is flexible and can be moved on request.
•There are chairs with or without arms. •Two tables have underspace of 70cm and one table has underspace of 64 cm. Waitress service is standard.
